Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)
Job Objectives
Responsible for making calls one existing and follow up on new customers and prospects while assisting to meet the Branch and team's assigned goals and objectives.
Requirements / Experience
- First degree in any Business related discipline
- Masters In Business Administration, Economics or Banking & Finance, any other professional qualification is an added advantage
- 7 - 8 years relevant experience; at least 5 of which must have been at a supervisory level with experience In the marketing of financial services, product development.
- Excellent client relationship development/management; good negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Environmental/ Industry analysis; Financial Analysis/ Interpretation.
- Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations); Strong strategic orientation
