Job Title: General Manager

Location:
Lagos

Job Description
Objectives:
  • To manage general operations and administrative functions and ensure company profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning of the organization
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities.
  • Identify, design and implement new business opportunities.
  • Conducts surveys/ site inspection to gather data needed in design preparation.
  • Prepares preliminary design sketches for all projects, including cost estimates.
  • Manage the staff, the customers, company budget, and the assets.
  • Oversee Human Resource and staff management units.
  • Organize and implement client’s satisfaction relations.
Job Specifications
  • Degree in relevant field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Project Management Certification
  • Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience
  • Minimum of 40 years of age
Competencies:
  • Must have a vast working knowledge of plants and their technical names
  • Must have knowledge of horticulture, floriculture and aquaculture
  • Must be in touch with best international practice in horticulture
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to employees, top management, and customers
  • Ability to build, lead and assess teams
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
  • Expertise in Autocad, revit, Studio max, Sketch it
  • Excellent Communication skills required.
Remuneration
N 400,000 per month.
