The Job
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of Sales Officers within assigned region
- Develop, manage, improve customers relations
- Ensure customer retention
- Provide back-up support and resolve all customer’s complaints
- Coordinate and report sales activities
- Plan and implement sales targets
The Person
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, organising and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
Qualification
- First Degree
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings
- Professional Qualification in Sales
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
