Job Title: Cook
Location: Lagos
Job Duties
- Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
- Cleans food preparation areas
- Prepares food for special occasions.
- Orders ingredients and spices as needed
- Devises new methods of cooking and introduce new menu.
- Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill etc.
- Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
- Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation
- Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
- Sees to kitchen equipment repairs and purchase.
Skills and other Requirements
- A dedicated cook.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Must be quick and clean.
- Must be honest.
