Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Description
- The Finance Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
- He/ she shall be in charge of Finance and Accounts Department.
- The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial strategy of the company.
- He / She will effectively manage the budgeting, treasury and cash management, banking relationships, financial planning and financial reporting forthe company.
- Establish appropriate financial controls, processes and systems and render timely and accurate management reports including statutory reports to Government agencies and the board.
Qualification and Experience
- First degree in Accounting or Economics or HND in Accounting.
- He/ she must be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience, preferably in the marine service industry.
- The applicant must be computer literate, a team player and with excellent communication skill and interpersonal relationship.
- He must also have hands on experience in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Age: 40 - 45 years
