Role Summary/Purpose   
  • Full responsibility and definition of the Services strategy for the SSA Region in collaboration with the Service global team and implementation of the strategic plan .
  • Strong focus on commercial activities and development of customer relationships, in close relation with Region commercial teams, products and ACS.
Essential Responsibilities    
  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Provide both service agreement, time and material program management
  • Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transaction services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
  • Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
  • Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
  • Analyses & understands SSA customer needs & defines the associated Growth strategy
  • Presents product/program strategies, technical road maps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders across GE. Important business unit clients
  • Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
  • Ensure full compliance to GE EHS Ethics & rules
  • Manages the full P&L delivering orders, sales, Capex etc
Qualifications/Requirements    
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management
