We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Branch Chief Marketing Officer (B-CMO)
Location: Aba
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of C-RMs and R-RMs.
- Drive membership and Deposit Mobilization,
- Drive risk asset and Income generation
- Ensure branch profitability.
- Ensure all RMs meet set targets.
- Drive all branch KPI.
- Other roles as may be assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A First Degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences courses,
- At least 5 years working experience gained in a Banking, Marketing, Insurance or related institution.
- Good interpersonal skill,
- Good Knowledge of Aba/neighboring market.
- Computer Knowledge.
Remuneration
- Basic salary starts from N600, 000.00 Per annum in addition to commissions and other allowances
- Remuneration is also negotiable and based on experience.
