- As a responsible solution oriented organization that create, proffer and implement creative, innovative, imaginative and hit-the-bull’s eye customer-centric and media neutral solutions that bridges the gap between our clients’ brand and its target audience.
- We require the service of a qualified and experienced customer service representative.
- He/she is expected to be responsible for acting as a liaison between us and our esteemed clients’ and partners.
- Respond to complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries through our live chat, email and social media platforms.
Qualifcations
- 2 to 3 years of working experience
- HND/B.Sc in Mass Communications, English Language or its equivalent
- Evidences of attended training and conferences as a CSR
