Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management
- Required Experience: 7 - 12 years
- PMP Certification
- Membership of COREN, NIA, NIB or any professional body in Engineering
- Extensive technical knowledge of engineering applications.
- Extensive practical site experience.
Description / Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of project plans at site.
- Liaising with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.
- Applicant should be conversant with the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
