- We are looking for sales agent to help continue to provide the best in real estate services.
Job Function
- Marketing and sales of the company's products and services
- Implement business planning strategy
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Execution of market penetration plan and marketing program
- Develop various sales strategies in ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Weekly preparation of sales reports
- Production of feedback on potential sales leads and sales presentations to team members and superiors
Job Requirements
- OND, HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences and any related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class honours.
- Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
- A candidate must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
- Good communication and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities.
- Fluency in English at working levels.
- The successful candidate will have sound judgement, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
