Job Description
- Preparation & Review of all contractual agreement for the company.
- Organizes all statutory meetings, board meetings, audit committee, annual AGM.
- Ensure the Company compliance with relevant corporate governance.
- Monitor and document all reports, records books of company secretariat.
- He / She must not be more than 35 years of age with good understanding of Corporate governance.
Requirement
- 5-8 years working experience in a corporate organization.
