Job Title: Security Logging and Retention Management Analyst (Assistant Manager)

Job Description
  • Reporting to the Head, Security Operation Centre’ Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the availability and usability of system and resource logs across the enterprise.
  • A key component will be to ensure that logs are retained and ‘maintained in line with stipulated legal, compliance and operational requirements.
Key Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a reputable tertiary institution. Relevant professional ce rt if i cation s, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, etc.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSR CISM, CISA, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, etc.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a security operations role.
  • Strong understanding of security event types, structured and unstructured data.
  • Good knowledge of banking structure, policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of logical access control philosophies.
