We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location:
Lagos

Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on usage of application features via telephone, emails and instant messaging.
  • Escalate, log and track second/third level support issues for resolution.
  • General user support interactions with clients to ensure client satisfaction in line with the company's business goals.
  • Log and follow up on the resolution of issues reported by customers.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Active engagement in the achievement of goals and objectives in line with the company’s mission, vision and values relevant to the responsibilities granted to you which may be amended from time to time.
Skills:
  • OND/Degree in any relevant field.
  • Part time or NYSC students can apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience (Call center or customer service environment).
  • Good communication, listening and writing skills.
  • Emotional intelligence (soft skill).
  • Proficient in English language and any other native language.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
