Job Title: Facilities Officer
Location: Ota, Ogun
Key Responsibilities
- The Facilities Officer supervises the artisans to ensure that building maintenance is undertaken in a timely and safe manner along with providing administrative support and ensuring that the building is maintained to a safe standard
Qualifications
- First degree/HND in Estate Management or Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in facility Management
- Knowledge of the operations and maintenance of a manufacturing firm.
- Knowledge and demonstrable skills in building maintenance
- Knowledge, understanding and skills to source trades suppliers and trades people and to be able to supervise and evaluate their services
- Applicants should reside around Ota in Ogun State, Abule-Egba, Meran or its environs.
