Qualifications/Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc
- Must have a minimum of 10 years working experience
- Chef must be highly creative
- Ability to work long hours
- Creating interesting menu
- Have stock requisition and inventory knowledge
- Skillful in platting. pastries and desserts
- Continental and local dishes
- Wine knowledge is an added advantage.
Age
24 - 40 years old.
