We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sous Chef

Qualifications/Requirements
  • OND/HND/B.Sc.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.
  • Chef must be highly creative.
  • Ability to work long hours.
  • Creating interesting menu.
  • Have stock requisition and inventory knowledge.
  • Skillful in platting. pastries and desserts.
  • Continental and local dishes.
  • Wine knowledge is an added advantage.
Age: 24 - 40 years old
