Qualifications/Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Chef must be highly creative.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Creating interesting menu.
- Have stock requisition and inventory knowledge.
- Skillful in platting. pastries and desserts.
- Continental and local dishes.
- Wine knowledge is an added advantage.
Age: 24 - 40 years old
