Job Title: Information Technology Support officer

Job Description
- Responsible for smooth running of the computer system and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them
- install and configure computer hardware operation system and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer system and networks
- Troubleshoots systems and network problems diagnosis as well as solving hardware/ software faults and replace parts as may be required
- Provide supports, including procedural documentation and relevant reports etc
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline with 5 years hands on experience as Technical Officer or IT Support Officer Higher
- Qualifications and membership of relevant professional group in the field is an added advantage
- Must have Technical management, Problem Solving and data centre management skills
