Job Descriptions
- Coordinates the sales and marketing unit
- Directs sales forecasting activities, sets performance goals accordingly, together with identifying and developing sales opportunities
- Oversees initiatives to grow market share in the industry and able to report sales budget variance analysis with explanations to management
- Develop an effective sales distribution and penetration strategies
- Customer relationship and satisfaction management
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Any other related duties assigned.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales and marketing role in a FMCG environment.

Remuneration
- The pay for the position will therefore have two components; fixed and variable which will be tied to performance.
