Job Description
- Candidates will be responsible for coordinating housing and building maintenance.
- Formulate and implement cost effective methods in the use and application of human and material resources
- Will supervise the activities of the Civil and Estate maintenance staff like carpenters, plumbers, mason (bricklayer), gardeners, cleaners etc.
- Conduct periodic inspection of properties and prepare estimate for repairs
- Oversees environmental issues
Requirements
- BSc Civil Engineering or related disciplines with 10 years hands on experience in related industry. Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
