Job Description
- Successful candidates will assist the Facility Manager in coordinating housing and building maintenance.
- Assist the Facility manager in Supervising the maintenance team to ensure all properties are well maintained
- Assist the Facility manager in preparing valuation and structural survey reports and advising on all transactions affecting land and property purchase, valuation for purchase, sales rental assessment and land acquisition,
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering, Technology, Estate management or related discipline with least 5 years cognate industrial experience in iron & steel manufacturing environment.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
- Must have strong analytical, good writing and communication skills.
