Job Description
- Successful Candidates will be responsible for providing necessary assistance to the HR Manager in the execution of HR policies of the organization.
- Work closely with department, and assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Assist the manager in developing HR planning strategies to meet immediate and long term need of the organisation
Requirements
- BSc Personnel Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related disciplines wish minimum of 5 years experience as HR generalist in a structured environment,
