Job Title: Administration Manager

Job Description
- Plan, Direct and coordinate support services to all departments
- Ensure effective use of office supplies, stationery and other resources
- Develop and implement Policies and procedures
- Set administrative services financial objective as well as track company’s performance against set objectives
- Oversee all administrative function such as capital equipment planning and management general procurement, store management, protocol services provision of local utilities and service Requirements
- Ensure efficient fleet management and maintain regular inventory list of company’s properties
- Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient allocation of company resources and smooth office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences Business Administration and Management or related discipline with 10 years progressive works experience in similar capacity with structured environment.
- Higher qualifications and membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
