Job Title: Training School Manager

Job Description
- Successful candidates will be responsible for the execution of training and man power development of the organisation.
- He is to source, facilitate and execute training of external clients.
- Develop and organize in-depth technical training for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with products development, operations, and products management to Obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of products
- Develop training contents, outlines, and agendas tailored to trainees specific needs
- Deliver Training programs/modules based on training plan Requirements and according to clients drive and schedule
- Support development of e-learning solutions
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 12 years cognate experience in Machine/Implement & General Technical Training.
- Experience in Manufacturing Environment is important.
- Higher qualification and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of production process is a neccesity.
