Job Title: Documentation Controller

Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of document/record procedures and ensure regular maintenance of documentation for certification, surveillance/ customer’s audits
- Ensure proper storage and control system for company's business and procedural documentations i.e. Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedural manual and Laboratory note
- Maintain the accuracy of company s documentation control accessibility Collaborate with business leaders to ensure elimination of errors in company’s business process manuals and other documents
Requirements
- OND Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in Documentation control within ISO 9001:2008 Certified engineering tints or related industry.
- Must have exposure in system documentation of amy of the following: 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA, 8D. & 7QC TOOLS, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and Calibration.
