Job Title: Calibration Engineer
Ref: NMT/R/CE
Job Description
- Ensure availability of required gauges instruments prior to production run.
- Generate metric trend unscheduled equipment or tooling activities
- Track and trend calibration results
- Prepare equipment for shipment when external calibration activities are required
- Enter information into the calibration database for machine records arid assign equipment number
Requirements
- OND Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience of handling gauges &, instruments, as well as Calibration from ISO 9001:2008 Certified engineering firm or related industry.
- Exposure to system documentatnon in any of the following, 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA, 8D, &70C TOOLS, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and Calibration will be preferred.
