- To manage and organize CEO
- Drafting and forwarding business correspondences
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Coordinates staff, client, guests and visitors
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain the diary of CEO
- Office organization and front desk management
- Store, retrieve and maintain data on the computer
- Develop business network and handle office routine
- Arrange meetings and appointments for the CEO.
