We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist/Front of House
Location: Lagos
Job Specification
- Front of house services for reception area
- Management of incoming telephone calls, and call logs
- Distribution of internal/external post, ensuring outgoing post is ready for collection
- Maintenance and distribution of the Sales and Product Management contact details and Corin telephone directory
- Management of the reception area
- Corin’s offices are open from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and the team member will need to be able to work flexibly in order to ensure these hours are kept
- This person must be an effective communicator at all levels
- Administrative support for various functions will be required.
- Manage corporate driver/s used by the company
- Liaise with external transportation companies
