Job Title: HR Manager - Employee Relations

Location: Lagos

Job Summary and Purpose
  • This role is responsible for ensuring all employment I industrial relations processes are implemented effectively and advice on all employment / industrial relations issues including employee welfare
Responsibilities
  • Provide information and insights on Employee and Industrial relations to the Head, Human Resources & Office Services for the preparation of the Human Resources & Office Services strategy
  • Document and make recommendation on the Employee and Industrial Relations policies and procedures to the Head, Human Resources & Office Services
  • Manage the employee grievance and disciplinary process and ensure that appropriate guidelines are communicated and followed by all staff
Qualifications
  • Degree in Social Science/ Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant professional qualification e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role
