Job Summary and Purpose
- Responsible for implementing the Groups earning initiative (including elearns) by implementing best- practice training to deliver requisite knowledge, skills for business growth and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Supervise activities and functions of Learning Administrators and Coordinators.
- Development of Training needs analysis and annual development plan
- Identifying personnel and supervisors who are in in need of additional training.
- Development of inhouse training courses and faculty development
Qualifications
- Minimum of a good first degree in Humanities or Social Science.
- In pursuit of relevant-HR certifications such as NITAD / CIPD/SHRM
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, 2 if which must be in a supervisory role.
