Job Title: Office Administrator

Description
Investigators affiliated with the institute conduct mainly social and behavioural research on a range of topics in health and development. Research projects are usually exciting and innovative and make use of cutting-edge methods including randomized controlled trials. Studies are typically funded by external funders and include investigators based in overseas institutions

Responsibilities
  • This individual will be responsible for managing office staff, office equipment and supplies, and basic logistics.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
  • Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or other related field
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Have experience with preparing and managing budgets
  • Be comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be exceptionally well organized and a good planner
