Job Title: Subsurface Manager/Asset Development Manager

Job Summary and Purpose
- This role will be responsible for providing leadership to OML oil and gas development and asset maturation activities
- This involves subsurface oil and gas development, production support, well engineering, gas and development planning economics.
Responsibilities
- Manage subsurface support for producing assets Exercise overall responsibility for the delivery of the subsurface requirements for all OML assets, including all development and production activities
- Liaise with JV partners to align JV interest with external expectations and to seek to influence those parties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of first degree in Petroleum Engineering or other Engineering disciplines
- COREN; NSE, Other relevant certifications
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience in-upstream oil & gas, preferably within a subsurface discipline, involved in development ar production of Operated assets Four years must have been spent in a supervisory role.
