Job Description
- The CEO will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of the Company’s strategies in accordance with the established direction and policies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve company values, mission, vision, and short- and long-term goals & objectives.
- Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting & audit.
- Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provides general oversight of all business activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.

Qualifications
