Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
- Attend to customers orders, enquires and complains through answering phone calls, responding to mails, and other social media platforms.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers orders, enquiries and complains, and send it through the management reporting system.
- Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers, and going on errands, as required by the CEO.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualification
- The candidates should have OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
- The Ideal candidate must be resident in Ogba, Lagos.
Competencies and Skills:
- Good Communication Skills (Oral and Writing)
- Must be Patient
- Must be able to Listen effectively
- Must be Humble
- Must possess phone answering skills
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suit, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to write reports.
Salary
20,000 - 25,000 naira.
