Sub Function: Sales/ Customer Service

Purpose Statement:
To ensure that tickets are sold and issued to customers correctly and in accordance with the laid down NCAA laws.
Key Accountabilities:
- Fare Quotes and Reservations.
- Ensure all tickets are issued correctly and according to IATA regulations.

- Revalidation, rebooking, and upgrading of tickets
- Issuing MPDs for excess luggage payments.
- Coupon reconciliation and balancing.
- Reconciling cash uplift with ticket sales.
- Providing a frontline point of presence for passenger enquiries.
- Process baggage and passengers in line with ACN’s standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- This position requires a graduate with a Degree/HND or any related discipline relevant to aviation.
- A good knowledge of and/ or previous experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
- Preferably but not essentially to have IATA/UFTTA qualifications.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work well on own initiative and adapt to changing work demands.
