Purpose Statement:
To contribute to the implementation, coordination and provision of an effective support to the delivery of the Human Resource strategy thatis aligned with the business objectives of Aero Contractors.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide Human Resources administrative support to all employees.
- Work with line managers to deliver agreed recruitment and training plans required for all functions as applicable.

- Provides support in ensuring that Performance objectives and processes for employees are aligned with company objectives as applicable.
- Implement Human Resources employee service functions across the company as applicable.
- Effective working relationship with line managers and specialist HR units.
- Collate reports/feedback on Human Resources processes e.g. recruitment and training plans.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- This position requires a graduate with a University Degree in the Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
