Job Title: Human Resources Officers - Ops/SD/RMP/OD/CS&O

Reports To: HR Business Partner
Function: Human Resources  
Sub Function: N/A

Purpose Statement:
To contribute to the implementation, coordination and provision of an effective support to the delivery of the Human Resource strategy thatis aligned with the business objectives of Aero Contractors.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Provide Human Resources administrative support to all employees.
  • Work with line managers to deliver agreed recruitment and training plans required for all functions as applicable.
  • Monitor and verify that departmental records are stored in compliance with the Company’s Records management policy. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com
  • Provides support in ensuring that Performance objectives and processes for employees are aligned with company objectives as applicable.
  • Implement Human Resources employee service functions across the company as applicable.
  • Effective working relationship with line managers and specialist HR units.
  • Collate reports/feedback on Human Resources processes e.g. recruitment and training plans.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • This position requires a graduate with a University Degree in the Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Additional qualifications in Human Resources Management or Business Administration and membership of relevant professional bodies e.g. CIPM, CIPD etc is desirable. Copied from: www.hotnigerianjobs.com

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
