Purpose Statement:
Ensure job carried out by contractors/ suppliers is negotiated, monitored and meets the standard and quality of the Aero brand.
Key Accountabilities
- Liaise with suppliers to achieve on-time supply of goods and services.
- Obtain specification of materials required from user department and prepare formal order.
- Compare competitive quotations and ensure system analysis
- Inspect and certify goods supplied to ensure conformity with specification
- Initiate correspondences with suppliers/contractors and reply to same when necessary

- Participate in contract negotiation
- Support the Procurement Manager in the day to day running of the Procurement Department
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- 5 years work experience and minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills are very essential.
