Job Description
- This position oversees and coordinates the central operations of the provider relations, claims and membership management. It ensures best practice is adhered to in the quality of care given to enrollees.
Requirements
- MBBS qualification
- Post graduate Qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing or Related fields.
- Minimum 10 + Years Post NYSC experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the HMO industry.
- In depth knowledge of Health Insurance & Managed Care techniques
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare quality & patient safety is a strong advantage.
