An ambitious Real Estate Development company in South West Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: South West
Key Responsibilities
- He/She will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement various brand strategies.
- Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing
- Sale of properties
- Seek tenants for both commercial and residential developments of the organization.
- Ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications
- First Degree in any related discipline.
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate related field.
- Any other relevant Post Graduate degree and professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience at least 2 of which must have been at an executive/strategic management level.
- Experience in a similar role in a real estate firm would be an added advantage.
