1.) Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Summary of Job Description: The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Plan, implement and drive sales strategy for the company.
- Develop relationships and high level contacts and maintenance of interface with banks, external auditors, tax authorities and other relevant bodies towards complying with statutory requirements.
- Coordinates the preparation of the company’s financial statements, budgets and reports performance against budget.
- Liaise with other line managers, providing consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analysis, reports and recommendations.
- Implement Board and management financial policies in line with approved financial procedures and generally accepted accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc./HND in Biochemistry, Industrial Science, Microbiology, Pharmacy or Medical Science.
- Minimum of 10 years with 4 in a senior management role
- MBA would be an added advantage.
2.) Financial Controller (FC)

Summary of Job Description: The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Ensure completeness of all transactions posted to the accounting system and prepare monthly management and financial accounts for the company.
- Review and reconcile all balance sheet control accounts on a monthly basis, investigate differences and close out, also liaise with external auditors; prepare all schedules required by external auditors.
- Prepare annual and bi annual budgets, monthly forecasts, detailed monthly management accounts with variances and commentaries
- Ensure compliance all regulatory and statutory requirements i.e. prompt rendition of all taxes; Income tax, PAYE, WHT & pensions deductions.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc./HND. in Social Sciences (Accountancy, Economics, etc.) or Sciences (Biochemistry, Industrial Science, Mathematics, etc.).
- Minimum of 6 years with 2 in a senior management role
- ACA/ACCA required
3.) Internal Control Manager (ICM)

Summary of Job Description: The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Develop good internal control system for the Lagos office and the regional office in Abuja and Enugu.
- Implements effective control framework and management system to guide and support the company business operations.
- Liaise with business units heads to ensure compliance with corporate controls and financial guidelines.
- Visit customers on random basis particularly those based in Abuja and Enugu to do independent debt confirmation.
- Witness monthly stock count exercise at the Lagos office and witness the delivery of imported items.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc./HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 5years in a retail business preferably pharmaceutical or industrial science.
- ACA/ACCA required
4.) Administrative Assistant Lagos

Candidates should have a good Secretarial and administrative qualification and experience.
Qualification & Experience:
- HND in Secretarial Administration would be ideal with Post NYSC experience. Salary will be negotiable and in line with what is applicable in the industry
5.) Sales Representative (Diabetes) Aba

Qualification & Experience:
- BSc or equivalent qualification in Biological Sciences. Adequate Sales and product training will be given.
6.) Head, Human Resources

Summary of Job Description: The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Align HR strategies, system and people with the overall corporate strategy of organization
- Acts as coach to respective units in taking responsibility for employee competency development
- Generate all HR reports that have relation with organizational goals and objectives
- Take charge of designing Job Descriptions and skill set requirements for all employees
- Management of counselor relationship at departmental unit level, between employees to foster feedback and commitment to organizational goals
- Manage the payroll and the payroll systems for VMMCL staff and ensure prompt payment of salaries.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 3years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years in a strategic/ similar position
- A good first degree in any management science/social science related discipline preferably in Sociology or Personnel management Professional qualification e.g. CIPM, NIM, (if required) will be an added advantage
