Job Title: Human Resources Advisor - Ops/CSO/SD

Reports To: HR Business Partner
Function: Human Resources

Purpose Statement:

To support the implementation of a Human Resource strategy, this is aligned with and supports the business objectives of Aero Contractors. 

Key Accountabilities
  • Represent HR in disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings to an appropriate level.
  • Alongside the Senior HRBP & HRBP, work with consultative committees to improve consultation and communication with employees.
  • Assess impact of new legislation on Aero Contractors and make recommendations.

  • Carry out ad hoc salary market surveys.
  • Coach and develop the line to manage the performance of their staff.
  • Work with the line to reduce sickness, absence etc. within area(s) of responsibility.
  • Analyse turnover statistics and provide information and recommendations for Line Managers.
  • Pro-actively identify projects that would improve the HR function.
  • Effectively manage projects to ensure that objectives are met and are achieved on time and within budget.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • This position requires a graduate with University Degree in social science or similar field with 5 years work experience and minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources management in a similar field. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com
  • Membership of CIPM, CIPD or SHRM or Additional qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is desirable.Ability to work with extremely confidential & sensitive data.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
