Job Description
- Interact face-to face or over the phone with customers
- Receives and transfer in-coming calls
- Responding to inquiries with products and service information
- Sorting of mails received
- Records all inquires, telephone discussion & visitors
- Receiving customers that visit the organization
- Ensuring the reception environment is conducive
- Keeps registers - visitors, staff movement
- Typing, scanning and sending out emails etc
Requirements
- Qualification: OND Certificate
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years as a receptionist/secretary
