Purpose Statement
Support and actively manage the implementation of HR Strategy/ initiatives in Aero Contractors.
Key Accountabilities
- Implements the strategic direction of the HR department, aligning it with the overall business plan and strategy of the company as agreed by the Director HR & Corporate Services.
- Ensures that all employees are provided equal opportunity, fair and consistent application of policy, regardless of nationality or citizenship.
- Recommends solutions and informs the Director HR on significant employee relations matters.
- Provides a key liaison with employees as applicable, as it may relate to the company’s overall and aspects of the human resources function.

- Provide guidance and advice to employee related matters.
- Supervise the accuracy of employee records in both hardcopy files and the HRIS system.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
