Job Title: Senior HR Business Partners - /SD/RMP/DM/CSO

Reports To: Director HR & Corporate Services

Purpose Statement
Support and actively manage the implementation of HR Strategy/ initiatives in Aero Contractors.

Key Accountabilities
  • Implements the strategic direction of the HR department, aligning it with the overall business plan and strategy of the company as agreed by the Director HR & Corporate Services.
  • Ensures that all employees are provided equal opportunity, fair and consistent application of policy, regardless of nationality or citizenship.
  • Recommends solutions and informs the Director HR on significant employee relations matters.
  • Provides a key liaison with employees as applicable, as it may relate to the company’s overall and aspects of the human resources function.
  • Implement human resources policies and ensure that they are properly communicated to all members of the workforce. Copied from: www.hotnigerianjobs.com
  • Provide guidance and advice to employee related matters.
  • Supervise the accuracy of employee records in both hardcopy files and the HRIS system.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • This position requires a graduate with University Degree in social science or similar field with 7 years experience and minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources management in a similar field. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com
  • Membership of CIPM, CIPD or SHRM or Additional qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is desirable.Ability to work with extremely confidential & sensitive data.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
