Job Title: Head of Catering
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Take orders from CEO on customers’ orders, and also make the CEO aware of orders gotten through personal and online marketing.
- Meet orders timely, by putting other caterers, equipment, materials, and any other person needed to achieve the goal, to work.
- Coordinate and supervise cooking from the purchase of raw materials to the point of delivery for indoor, outdoor, and corporate events.
- Carry out any other activities as directed by the CEO.
- Handle outdoor catering events.
- Make sure that the food is ready and taken to the point of delivery, in the appropriate way.
- Ensure customer satisfaction making sure that complains are handled.

- Cooking Skills.
- Natural flare for cooking.
- Leadership.
- Problem solving skills, and use of initiative.
- Microsoft Office Skills and Social Media savvy.
- Can work with little or no supervision.
- Creative and Innovative.
- Project Management Skills.
- Self-Motivated.
Minimum Qualification
- HND/B.Sc. Hotel /Catering Management, Home Economics, Food Technology, or other related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of working in similar environment and handling similar tasks.
Salary Range
40,000 - 60,000 Naira.
