Job Title: Sales Executive (Showroom Sales)
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from Customers
- Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and Customer information into sales database.
- Communicates prices of products to customers and confirms payment made by Customers.
- Introduces new products/items to customers
- Responds to Customers inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details by phone and e-mail.
- Contacts and liaises with the Company’s warehouses, local and foreign offices for prices, goods and other issues relating to the marketing and sale of goods to customers.
- Collaborates with sales and Marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
