Job Title: Service Creation Engineer

Job Description:
- Establish application and systems requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing services.
- Prepare and/or review functional and technical specifications for products/services
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors during project development to review progress
- Prepare and deploy pre-requisites for project deliverables
- Install and configure delivered solutions from 3rd party vendors
- Develop, test and implement minor bug fixes and/or enhancements
- System administration of deployed applications and services
- Liase with remote 3rd party vendor support team where required and 2nd level technical support to Operations & Maintenance team.
- Provide administrative support for pre-production and production environments
- Develop new products and services utilizing existing service layer features cutting across different functional systems e.g. CS 3.0, GPRS, SMS etc
- Provide tools and/or utilities to assist customer service agents in resolving subscriber queries.
Job Conditions: Standard MTNN working conditions
Reporting To: Team Lead, Enterprise Solution Dev/Infrastructure Development
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in enterprise level J2EE development which includes:
- 2 years development experience interfacing with remote devices, all phases of software lifecycle and operational responsibility for production solution.

Qualification:
B.Sc Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent Relevant IT professional certifications
