Job Title: Handling and Lifting Superintendent

Location: Any City, Nigeria
Responsibilities / Requirements
- Organize, coordinate and control the execution of handling and lifting activities, performed in the project.
- Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the Handling and Lifting activities performed, subcontracted or handled by direct hires.
- Create and keep updated lifting and handling equipment register with all the necessary information: certification, maintenance, color coding, etc.
- Ensure that lifting activities are covered by lifting plans where applicable
- Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety and quality standards are respected
- Define procedures for all forms of lifting and handling during the project
Qualification and Experience
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the Energy Sector or Construction sector.
