1.) Line Cooks
Qualification
- Must have a minmum of SSCE/OND
- must have a proficiency certificate from a recognised institution with atleast 3years cooking experienccce in the industry
2.) Waiters/Waitress
Qualification
- minimum of SSCE/OND
- 3years cognate experience from a reputable hotel
3.) Bar Attendants
Qualification
- minimum of SSCE/OND
- 3years cognate experience from a reputable hotel
