Job Title: Support Engineer, ELS
Support Engineer, ELS ( Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance).
Functional Role
- Recieves "ticket calls" from front office entities
- Quickly responds and acts in order to solve the problem in the shorter time
- Analyses the issue and provides best solution path (time and actions)
- Implements solution solving the technical issues (may requiered customer interactions/involvment)
- Manages technical and trouble shooting tools
- Interacts with other support entities involved to solve the problems
- Provides guidance for service restoration.
- Gives On call and on site support

Professional Skill Requirements
- Deep knowledge of TACS,GSM, UMTS networks IT products and solution with specific focus to the following areas:
- Switch & Core Network (AXE-APZ/APT, IOG/APG40)
- Fixed Access (Engine Access Ramp, XDSL, ATM, ISDN)
- Open System (Jambala, Prepaid, SMS-C, VMS-C)
- Telecom Management (CNOSS, RANOS, XM, PM, NTM, MMS, Faude systems, BGW)
- Datacom (AXD, GPRS, Tigris, Cello)
- Knowledge of operative systems as UNIX, WINDOWS,
- Knowledge of SYBASE/ORACLE databases.
