Job Position: Radio Network Performance Improvement Consultant
Location: Nation wide
Employment Status: 3 months (renewable)
Responsibilities
- Analyze technical needs, characteristics and performance of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions to improve its performance focusing on customers needs,
- Support presales activities, including pre-studies,
- Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers and the customer,
- Do presentations and participate in technical discussions with customers,
- Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations,
- Lead and perform advisory studies and pre-studies,
- Identify new business opportunities,
- Acquisition of data and information related to system performance
- Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations
- Understanding of impact and coordination of improvement activities with network design team
- Network performance investigation and assessment
- Issuing, discussing and/or implementation of recommendations for network improvement
- Understanding of impact of performance changes in the network and customer's bottom line
