Qualifications and Experience
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) with experience in Legal matters and administration.
- Not less than 3 years work experience in similar job.
Requirements
- People oriented and result driven
- Demonstrable experience with human metrics
- Knowledge of HR Systems and database
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and efficient management interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Indepth knowledge of Labour law and the best practices
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage
